Who we are
Pathveragroup Ltd ("Pathveragroup", "we", "us") is a UK-registered education group operating this website at pathveragroup.co.uk. This policy explains what information we collect when you use this site, why, and what your rights are.
What we collect
This website is a static, brochure-style site. It does not run a server-side database of visitor information. The information we collect is limited to:
- Enquiry form details. When you submit the contact form on this site, your browser opens a pre-filled email to info@pathveragroup.co.uk containing the name, email address, interest area and message you provided. That email is sent from your own email account, the same as if you had written to us directly — we do not store form submissions on this website itself.
- Technical hosting logs. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may process standard technical information (such as IP address and request metadata) to serve and secure this website, as it would for any website on its network.
Cookies
This website does not currently set analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. See our Cookie Policy for full detail and for what would change if that changes in future.
How we use your information
Where you contact us by email (including via the enquiry form), we use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry, and — where relevant and with your engagement — to progress admissions, partnership, Academy, career or Foundation support you've asked us about.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
How long we keep information
Email correspondence is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to deliver the service you've enquired about, and in line with our legal and record-keeping obligations. You can ask us to delete correspondence that is no longer needed at any time — see "Your rights" below.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law, you have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to have inaccurate information corrected, and to ask us to delete information we no longer have a lawful reason to keep. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@pathveragroup.co.uk.
Sensitive documents
Please do not send passports, visa documents, financial statements or other sensitive personal documents through the general enquiry form or by email. If your application progresses to a stage that requires document collection, we'll confirm a secure, appropriate method for doing so.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services and this website evolve. The date at the top of this page reflects the last update.
